Fresh milk is taken and rapidly processed!
Milk received hygienically from milk producing farms is cooled as soon as possible. After making preliminary controls, it is carried to our production facilities through tankers without breaking cold air chain.
By giving training and support for contracted producers, quality in production is already ensured at the first step.
In order to increase milk quality and ensure continuity in quality, trainings are provided to countryside and milk producers.
Only pasteurized milk is used in all products.
Milk passed through control in production facilities is subject to pasteurisation. Pasteurized milk is processed according to the type of cheese to be produced.
